Artist File Mini Guide

“Artist File - The NACT Annual Show of Contemporary Art” has been held since 2008, bringing together contemporary artists of interest to the curators of the National Art Center, Tokyo. In conjunction with the exhibition, the Section of Education & Public Programs has produced a viewing guide, “Artist File Mini Guide”, which is distributed free of charge. This mini-guide provides easy-to-understand explanations of the artists and their works in simple language so that a wide range of people, from children to adults, can become familiar with contemporary art and enjoy the exhibition even more. As the name suggests, the “Artist File”, in which each artist develops his or her own unique world of expression, has been condensed into a small guide with an English translation.
