The One I Love
Serialized in Kadokawa Shoten's Young Rosé (1993–1995)
This work was serialized in Young Rosé, a magazine aimed at young women in their late teens to 20s, which was founded in 1990 and discontinued in 1997. It consists of twelve short stories depicting girls experiencing the tumult of love. The concept is centered around key phrases such as "cute," "I want to see you," and "marriage." The series features short comics depicting the everyday conversations between couples, along with essays by Ohkawa. Despite the limited length of just seven pages per story, this exceptional short story collection demonstrates CLAMP's skill as storytellers.
