A coin-operated, self-service photocopier is available at the Library.
Photocopying requires library staff approval in advance. Application forms may be requested at the Reference Desk.

Color photocopy (Sizes A4, A3, B4): ¥100/per page - Procedures
- Fill in the photocopy application form.
- Mark the pages to be reproduced using marker slips and submit the materials and application form to the Reference Desk.
- Library Staff on duty will check the condition of each publication and determine whether the copy request complies with the copyright law.
- Once approved, the applicant may make his or her won copies. When finished, please turn in the application form so the Library may have a record.
Terms and Conditions
- The Library is not responsible for any infringement of copyright law.
- All personal information is strictly used for library services, statistical reporting, and collection maintenance purposes.
- When filling out the application form, please print clearly and fill in the bolded fields. Leave the area denoted by an asterisk blank.
- Only one copy of each item and a maximum of 50 pages from up to 5 materials may be requested with each application.
- Some material may not be photocopied for preservation/conservation reasons.
- No more than 50% of a copyrighted material may be reproduced.
- Readers are requested to follow the instructions of library staff and adhere to the Japanese copyright law.
